What is Sound Therapy?
"A "sound journey" is a session that introduces the participant to sacred sounds that relax the body, mind, and spirit. The use of Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes and crystal instruments, Tao lyre, and various other instruments introduce healing and soothing frequencies. These frequencies brings the listener into a state of harmony and facilitates release of old patterns that are no longer serving a purpose. Attending a sound journey or working with sacred sounds can bring into a peaceful, calm, relaxed state. A regular schedule attending sound immersions attune the body to move into that peaceful center more quickly and remain there longer".

Kundalini Yoga
what is kundalini yoga?
"Paired with meditation, Kundalini Yoga offers endless opportunities to bring ourselves into that calm center. Through breath, movement, deep relaxation, sacred sound and meditation, Kundalini Yoga provides a heightened sense of self-awareness and relaxation. A regular practice can assist one in clearing old patterns and train the body to be more resilient when faced with stress".
Kundalini means "coiled snake" in Sanskrit. Early Eastern religion believed that divine energy was created at the base of one's spine. Kundalini yoga works to uncoil the snake, which then connects us to the divine energy within.
What is Reiki?
"Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and a relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flow through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki can be used in conjunction with western medicine as an alternative modality to support all illness, including cancer".
